- Identify individuals from all areas of HR, the line, and intranet development function to form Career Management advisory council
- Define company’s career management philosophy; specify what the company will do and what the employee will be responsible for; define ideal set of employee career management resources
- Identify existing career management resources and gaps
- Develop intranet site to provide employees with easy access to career management resources
- Define plan to develop or acquire additional career management resources as desired
