Goals:

Process:
- Analyze turnover statistics and determine percent of departures compared to industry
- Identify reasons for departures (voluntary vs. involuntary, avoidable vs. nonavoidable)
- Identify highly valued employees and assess their departure risk; develop a customized intervention
- Develop tools for employees and managers to discuss career goals and progression
- Implement communication program to create awareness of actions to retain high performers

- Webinars designed to give employees clarity about promotion criteria, how pay decisions are made, the value of company-provided benefits, and rewards and recognition programs
