Training modules on managing employee work and performance: e.g., motivation; delegation; expectations; assessing employee skill, willingness, and ability; meaningful feedback; and performance counseling
Training modules on managing the employee’s relationship with the organization: e.g., employee’s performance as it affects organization’s goal achievement; collaborative behavior; relationship building, professional development, and career advancement.
